Behind Crew Voyages is me, Pablo, a commercial pilot and cruise expert.

With over 12 years of experience in the aviation industry, I have worked as ground staff, a flight attendant, and later as a pilot for various airlines. For years, I have helped my airline colleagues find cruises at the best prices and optimize their travel plans.

Today, through Crew Voyages, I put all that experience and knowledge at the service of every traveler. Thanks to international agreements with major cruise lines, I can offer rates below market value and help my clients enjoy cruise experiences at the best possible price.

7. What are Staff Travel fares?

StaffTravel rates are special cruise prices negotiated directly between cruise lines and suppliers for airline employees.
These rates can be up to 70% cheaper than standard commercial rates.

Rates are available for:

  • Pilots and flight attendants
  • Ground staff
  • Airline office staff
  • Air Traffic Controllers (ATC)

Each cruiseline sets its own terms and conditions.

Eligibility varies by airline.
In general, most commercial airlines are included, although terms and conditions may vary.

Yes, in many cases, former employees (retirees) can still access Staff Travel fares, provided the cruiseline allows it.

Yes, StaffTravel rates allow you to travel with companions.
Depending on the cruise line, you can include companions in the same cabin or even book additional cabins.

You will need to provide proof of your affiliation with an airline by:

  • Employee ID, or
  • Official Human Resources Letter

In the vast majority of cases, yes.

Yes, the rates always include a confirmed seat as soon as the reservation is completed.

*Exception: Holland America Line reserves the right to cancel a StaffTravel booking prior to departure; therefore, we always recommend purchasing a “commercial fare” with this cruise line to avoid this.

Yes, you can add beverage packages, excursions, or additional services directly through the cruise line once your reservation has been confirmed (via their website or app).
